Professionally, the common thread woven throughout all I've done has been about helping others feel the peaceful well-being that is always available beneath the details of daily life.

I have been honored with a thriving Reiki practice in Snow Hill, MD and teach Reiki naitonwide in informal settings and in hospitals, including the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

I've also been certified as a spiritual life coach and group facilitator.

Since Reiki is about vibration, I thought I'd share a Kirlian photograph of my energy field (called the aura). Move your cursor over the picture.

In December of 2009 I was diagnosed with advanced stage IV prostate cancer and through my desire to find an integrated treatment path I began weekly Reiki sessions with Diane Armstrong. It's difficult to adequately articulate the full depth of the Reiki experience in words, but for me it's much like a guided meditation using focused energy through the facilitator.

Though the sessions are only an hour long I'm left with an overwhelming feeling of timelessness and a warm sense of euphoria. It's as if I've had an out of body experience. Reiki with Diane has helped me find my spiritual center allowing me to face clearly the many critical decisions needed as I work through this chronic health condition.

I look forward each week to have a scheduled time to unplug from the stresses of life and highly recommend Reiki for anyone with a desire to deepen their life experience.
